Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you should be unhappy with your BackupandMore.com purchase or should it be received defective, we would like to make you happy. Every effort will be made to replace any defective product(s) within 30 days of purchase. New, unopened merchandise may be return within 15 days of purchase. Excluded in this policy are memory products, CPU's and motherboards, which are restricted to the manufacturers warranty. For these aforementioned items, please contact the manufacturer. All returns require a Return Authorization prior to any merchandise being returned. 

Additional Return Shipment Policy

• DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
• Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
• All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
• The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
• Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
• Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
• If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
• BackupandMore.com credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.

  
Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against or by B.U.M. Corporation and BackupandMore.com and that shall be shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the BackupandMore.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles County, California.
