Q: How do I change my password?

A: Login to your account.

Choose 'Personal Settings' from the far left column on your account’s main page.

Enter your new password information in the password area and press the 'Save' button.

You will then see a screen announcing that your information has been updated.

Q: How do I change my billing information?

A: Login to your account.

Choose 'Personal Settings' from the far left column on your account’s main page.

Retype your updated information in the applicable fields.

Press 'Save' and your new information will be saved.

Q: How do I cancel my account?

A: Login to your account.

Choose 'Personal Settings' from the far left column on your account’s main page.

Choose 'Cancel Account'.

Follow and read all the prompts and screens carefully -- all cancellations are final and irreversible.

A: Login to your account.

Select 'Buy More Space' from the menu on the far left of your home directory screen.

Enter your password in the top field of the following page.

Select the amount of space and billing cycle you prefer by choosing the box next to your selection.

Press the "Continue" button to finalize your purchase.
